  • A statement made under penalty of perjury confirming the accuracy of your claims and your authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.

B. Handling of Infringement Notices

Once a bona fide infringement notice is received, Dettafox will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content.
  • Notify the user responsible for the alleged infringement.
  • Take appropriate action against repeat offenders, including account termination.

C. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistaken or false claim, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

  • Identification of the removed or disabled content and its previous location on the Dettafox platform.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, affirming your good faith belief that the content was wrongly taken down.
  • Your contact information.
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of relevant legal authorities for potential proceedings.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.
  • Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Dettafox may notify the original complainant and may restore the content within 10 to 14 business days unless the rights owner initiates legal action.

Please note that knowingly submitting false infringement claims or counter-notices may result in legal consequences, including liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA for damages and attorney’s fees.
